Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only (Please view where our stores are located in the About Us Section). Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received and include the return form found here. Forever Young will not accept or honor any returns after 30 days.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed all Forever Young and product tags attached. Items must be free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt to receive credit. If not reported, Forever Young will not accept nor honor any defective item claims. Any gift card purchases are considered a final sale item, no refund or exchange will be provided. Gift cards can be transferred from one person to the other.
Any merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Company Head Quarters or returned in-person to any of our store locations (please see the address listed below). Any in-store returns will be issued with store credit only that can only be used in-store. It is our recommendation that all items shipped back include a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
We currently do no offer exchanges due to our constant high demand. We cannot guarantee that what we have in stock today will be available in the future. We recommend that the item you wish to be exchanged to be returned, following the Return Policy, so we can issue credit. That way you can purchase whatever other item is available.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
*FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS):
All items such as bodysuits, swimsuits, gift cards, undergarments and certain accessories are non-returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS.=
Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the date of the receipt. You must fill out the form provided to you in your package, and we recommend the use of a tracking number, as we are not liable for any items that get lost.
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return. This code can be used on our online store. Please Note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD if you include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
SHOE RETURN POLICY
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:
All items must be unworn.
All Items must be in their original packaging.
You must include the original invoice.
* Please note if you choose to return shoes to one of our locations, the return will be honored via gift card until shoes become available in our stores.
No “Sale” shoes are returnable. All “Sale” items are final.
RETURN TO STORE

All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts and accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
No "Sale" items, underwear, bathing suits, bodysuits and some accessories are returnable.
Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card to use in-store. Please keep in mind that gift cards issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase.

Please print from here and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number there may be a delay in your return process.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Sale" items.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.
